Why we exist

We started Clearlinexteriors because too many good buildings and beautiful homes were settling for "close enough" clean — not because anyone stopped caring, but because getting to the glass safely meant scaffolding, lift rentals, rope crews, and a schedule that dragged into weeks.

So we asked a simpler question: what if the ladder wasn't required at all?

Jayson built his career as a process control and automation engineer, supporting ESG initiatives across refinery operations — the same discipline and safety-first mindset he brings to every drone flight at Clearlinexteriors. Born in Houston and raised in Dallas, Texas, he's a husband, father, and active member of the community Clearlinexteriors serves.

When access is the hard part, the cleaning suffers.

Traditional access — ladders, lifts, rope crews — is slow, expensive, and genuinely dangerous. Property managers end up juggling two or three vendors for one building: a facade company, a window company, a separate flatwork crew — each with its own invoice, its own schedule, its own excuses.

And when access is the hard part of the job, the cleaning itself often suffers. Missed panels. Streaks. A roofline nobody's looked at closely in years. Meanwhile, a dirty exterior is quietly costing curb appeal, tenant impressions, and resale value every single day it stays that way.

The service

Clearlinexteriors replaces the ladder with a drone and a water-fed pole — reaching facades, windows, and rooflines from the ground, safely and consistently, every time. For everything below eye level — flatwork, hardscape, dumpster corrals — our Partner Network handles it under the same contract and the same invoice.

One team. One call. Every height.
